The staff of TANASE IOAN MIHAI Individual Law Firm is made of permanent and trainee lawyers, accountants, judicial and extrajudicial experts in many specialty fields, sworn translators.

The lawyers team comprises experienced permanent lawyers in the various law fields: civil law, commercial law, administrative law, financial-fiscal law, family law, private international law, labour law, real estate law, criminal law, debt collection, banking law, bankruptcy/insolvency, intellectual property & authoring rights and connected rights, competition law.

We have lawyers of all ages, from young trainee lawyers to lawyers having a long judicial expertise, so that the enthusiasm and optimism of the young successfully completes the maturity, prudence and experience of the elders.

Our law firm has national level collaborations with all the great cities of the country but also with the lawyers from the European Community, especially from Italy, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The lawyers within TANASE IOAN MIHAI Individual Law Firm are bound and stimulated to continuously perfect themselves by study, by following higher education forms, by participating to specialty national and international conferences. Otherwise, a sine qua non condition to be part of our lawyer team is to have followed at least one postgraduate education form in the legal specialty (postgraduate, master, doctorate).

The leader of the lawyer team is lawyer IOAN MIHAI TANASE, graduate of the Law Faculty from the University of Bucharest, class 2001.

Since the graduation of the faculty, he has followed more forms of master postgraduate education (Community law, Intercession of litigations in law etc.), at present being a Ph.D. student.
